I'm a project manager, community organizer and operations consultant currently supporting boutique consulting firms, healthcare practices, and social change organizations with project delivery, systems implementation, and strategic writing.After years in professional development practice, community organizing, political campaigns, and movement safety work (managing deliverables, building client-facing systems, and keeping operations running behind the scenes) I'm transitioning to independent practice to serve a narrower set of clients more deeply.My methodology is informed by my masters-level training in social work with a graduate certificate in nonprofit management, which shapes how I approach facilitation, stakeholder dynamics, group psychology, and process design. I'm not an independently licensed clinician and I do not provide independent clinical services. However, my practice framework (meeting people where they are, understanding systems of power and stress, designing interventions that account for real human conditions) translates directly into processes that exists to serve people, rather than people conforming to rigid, unsustainable processes.Availability: Open to new engagements with nonprofits, boutique consulting firms, values-aligned small businesses, and social change organizations.
